To do this go to Start, Power and then Restart before clicking restart you have to press and hold shift.
Select Troubleshoot, Under troubleshoot you will have refresh your PC, reset your PC, and advanced options.
Refreshing and Resetting is for completely Re installing your operating system with and without deleting your personal data.
